Job Title: SAP RE-FX Developer (m/f/d)

Role Overview

We are seeking an Experienced SAP RE-FX Developer with proven expertise in S/4HANA contract, lease, and real estate management. The consultant will play a key role in the development, review, and optimization of RE-FX solutions within an integrated system landscape. The role requires both hands-on development and proactive conceptual work, ensuring close alignment with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and other project streams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SAP RE-FX solutions within S/4HANA environments, including migration activities.
• Conduct form development using Adobe Forms for RE-FX processes.
• Collaborate closely with functional consultants and business users to clarify requirements and map processes within RE-FX.
• Review customer-specific developments for potential transition to SAP standard or seamless integration into the Argo system landscape.
• Provide support during a company code merger up to go-live (if required).
• Independently perform conceptual design and cross-module content coordination with consulting and business teams.
• Ensure integration with neighboring modules (CO, FI, FI-CA).
• Lead and moderate workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements, present solutions, and align strategies.

Required Skills & Experience

Technologies (Must-have):

• SAP S/4HANA (with customizing knowledge)
• Adobe Forms development

Functional & Technical Knowledge:

• Strong expertise in RE-FX module in integrated system environments
• Experience with S/4HANA migration projects related to contract, lease, and real estate management
• Understanding of company code mergers within SAP

Methods (Must-have):

• Strong conceptual and solution design capabilities

• Active cross-project coordination and stakeholder engagement
