Project overview: This is a SAP Bluefield transformation project. The initiative will be carried out in multiple phases, starting with the template development phase, during which the core SAP solution will be designed based on global best practices and tailored business requirements.

Once the initial template is ready, the project will move into a large-scale design and implementation phase, which will take place in Poland. This phase will serve as a pilot deployment, allowing the project team to validate the template in a real-world environment and identify any discrepancies or necessary adjustments before broader rollout.

Scope:

• Operations (PP repetitive and discrete production, PPDS, QM).
• The selected candidate will lead a team of 6 functional consultants, with the possibility of scaling up to 10 consultants in future phases of the project. Prior experience in team leadership or coordination is required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP PP, with solid process and system understanding
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA projects (full lifecycle preferred)
• Strong knowledge of EWM integration, especially in the context of Handling Units and RF-based warehouse operations
• Excellent consulting and communication skills, capable of leading workshops and coordinating between business and technical stakeholders
• Fluency in English is required; French is an advantage
