Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant for a fully remote, EU-based opportunity. The successful candidate will play a key role in the implementation and support of SAP PM modules within a dynamic environment. Strong German language skills and SAP functional expertise are essential.

Scope:

• Lead the implementation and support of SAP PM solutions
• Conduct detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide optimal system solutions
• Facilitate workshops and gather business requirements
• Map business requirements to SAP PM functionalities
• Design, configure, test, and implement SAP PM components
• Identify process gaps and provide efficient workarounds
• Serve as the primary liaison with the client to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Prepare documentation including functional specs, test cases, and test results
• Recommend business process improvements and system enhancements
• Provide consulting services for both new implementations and existing systems
• Collaborate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders
• Deliver ad-hoc training and user support
• Work independently and take ownership of assigned deliverables

Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP PM module
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Background in Professional Services or Transport industry is a plus
• Strong understanding of accounting-related business processes
• Ability to analyze and understand client requirements from a business perspective
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Self-driven with a proactive, can-do attitude
• German language proficiency at B2/C1 level (mandatory)
