Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Procurement Consultant to join our project team and take a leading role in delivering high-quality procurement solutions. This role will focus on designing, configuring, and integrating SAP Procurement processes—covering both SAP MM and SAP Ariba—to meet complex business requirements within an S/4HANA environment.

Scope:

• Evaluate and analyze business requirements to ensure alignment with SAP standard functionality.
• Identify functional gaps and propose effective solutions.
• Design end-to-end purchasing processes, ensuring best practices are applied.
• Identify and manage integration points with SAP FiCO, SAP Ariba Contracts, Logistics, and Projects.
• Prepare functional specifications for SAP configurations and developments.
• Prepare technical specifications for custom-build objects (to be developed in Poland/Bulgaria).
• Execute system configuration activities within SAP MM and related modules.
• Actively lead solution discussions and proactively drive tasks to completion.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Work flexibly in both Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Support flexible workflow and approval processes.
  
  

Skills:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP MM (configuration, customization, support, training).
• Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP Ariba (Contracts & Buying).
• Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong understanding of integration between SAP MM, Ariba Contracts & Buying, FiCO, Projects domains, and Lean Services.
• Excellent collaboration skills across diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, results-driven, and able to take ownership of deliverables.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and hybrid delivery models (Agile & Waterfall).
• Experience with flexible workflow & approval setup in SAP.
