Scope:

• Facilitate the alignment between business and IT as well as across the IT community including Solutions and Technology Architects
• Own – create and maintain – Business Capability Frameworks and Target Architectures for IT that represent the business strategy, business models, and business processes
• Review and align Business and IT priorities to drive the rationalization of the application portfolio
• Work on the evolution of the EA and the definition of the strategy for the EA
• Ensure that the implemented technology solutions adhere to the architecture principles, standards, and guidelines
• Participate in the development and implementation of the IT strategy and roadmaps, ensure that the technology solutions align with the organization's strategic goals

Skills:

• Hands-on end user and IT experience with SAP FSCM (credit, cash and dispute management), SAP R/3, SAP Fiori
• Strong understanding of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and AI-driven solutions for collection and dispute management.
• Communicational and organizational skills. Strong mindset, being able to drive points.
• Good English verbal and written communication
• Nice to have:
• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau and process mining tools would be an asset
• Knowledge of all components of IT enterprise architecture incl. Application and infrastructure, business and IT principles, frameworks and processes
• Knowledge in all aspects of designing and constructing business capabilities, value streams, business processes, and organizational structures
